Business Development Consulting
In 2011, I founded OrganicaBrand, a business development consultancy serving architecture, engineering, and design firms. I support clients with strategic business development and marketing consulting services. I engage with a limited number of clients due to the depth, duration, and complexities in marketing and selling these services. Consulting services include both client-facing (networking, attending business meetings) and behind-the-scenes (developing sales strategy and positioning, mentoring, internal workshops, cold-calling, tracking pursuits). I offer hourly, daily, and retainer rates, and all fees for services are agreed upon in advance.
